woman beneficed canon at the Cathedral of this diocese,
and the General Synod of the Church of England has voted
for the ordination of women to the episcopate.”

of St German on the Feast of St Peter and St Paul, 29th July 2014 ~ just 15 days
before the General Synod voted for women to be bishops in the Church of England
HRH The Princess Royal visit to the Cathedral
